Easter at Armagh Planetarium
haumea_nasa
Did you know there is a dwarf planet shaped like an egg? Are you looking for somewhere inspiring to visit during the Easter holidays? Then make the trip to Armagh Planetarium and visit the stars! We will have an exciting line-up of shows on offer as well as many ‘eggtraordinary’ activities to keep you entertained!

Have you ever built your own rocket, fuelled it up and launched it? Investigate propulsion in our rocket making workshop. Can you beat your record? How far will your rocket travel? Well during the holidays our ever popular rocket-making workshop will continue to inspire the future rocket scientists of the world (if conditions permit launching).

Also your mission this Easter is to find some unwelcome visitors lurking around the Planetarium disguised as beautiful Easter Eggs. And, if all that wasn’t enough, we will have an arts and crafts workshop for you to design your very own Easter creation to take home!
What better way to spend your Easter break?
