St. Patrick’s Day Animal Invasion at Armagh Planetarium


Animals have been going to space for 60 years and now we are bringing them to you. Get up close and personal with an assortment of animals from snakes, scorpions, spiders and rabbits this St. Patrick’s Day.

A Mobile Micro Zoo with a diverse range of animals and beetles will be coming to the Armagh Planetarium on Friday 17th March 2017 so don’t miss your chance to handle a snake or cuddle a frog. Hop on over between 11am and 4pm to meet our slithering and scaly visitors.


Our Digital Theatre Show program:

1pm – Beyond the Blue
2pm – Edge of Darkness
3pm – Sun, Moon and Stars
4pm – Journey to a Billion Suns
